Performance Real Estate Advisors (“PREA”), a commercial real estate brokerage firm co-founded and owned by Dan Piatkowski, Neal Wolf, and Ryan Gallante launches. The firm is headquartered in the western suburbs of Chicago and specializes in the sale of affordable housing throughout the country.
The commercial real estate brokerage firm has specialized affordable housing real estate experience with Project-Based Section 8 (HUD / HAP), Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), and various other affordable housing programs.
