WILL MARTIN
Will Martin is a Senior Advisor at Performance Real Estate Advisors, where he focuses his brokerage efforts throughout parts of the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest. Prior to joining PREA, Will was an Account Executive with Buildout, where he specialized in helping CRE brokerages streamline operations and market their listings more effectively. He brings a strong background in SaaS sales and client advisory, having worked with high-growth technology companies before transitioning into real estate, a field he’s long been passionate about.
Will earned Bachelor’s Degrees in Marketing and Sport & Recreation Management from Marian University, where he also played four years of NCAA baseball. Outside of the office, Will enjoys time outdoors with his dog Banks, golfing with friends, and cheering on his Chicago sports teams.
