RYAN GALLANTE
Ryan Gallante is a co-founder at Performance Real Estate Advisors. After nearly fourteen years in the sports industry – having worked with ESPN and the Chicago Blackhawks, among others – he brings sales, marketing, and operations experience to the affordable housing brokerage firm. Ryan also manages deal flow and business operations at the firm in addition to working as an active broker with a focus on the Midwest. His sustained success in business is built on strong relationships, thorough communication, and tireless efforts on behalf of his clients.
Ryan is a licensed real estate broker and earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing from Illinois State University. He holds a Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) certificate from the National Center for Housing Management. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys sports, live music, and coaching his kids’ teams. He resides in Oak Park with his wife, daughter, and son.
