Lexy is a Senior Advisor at Performance Real Estate Advisors with a focus on Mobile Home Park sales. Lexy began her career working in property management leasing in Sarasota, FL. The skills and knowledge she developed while in property management and sales is used to assist her clients navigate the many nuances of Affordable Housing transactions.
Lexy works on behalf of her clients to ensure a “top-of-the- market” value by implementing a customized and strategic plan for every transaction. Lexy holds a Real Estate Broker License and earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Outside of the office, Lexy enjoys spending time outdoors skiing, hiking, and biking. Her friends and family can always count on her to try new adventures.
